Creative Impact Camp – Terms & Conditions

By registering a child for Creative Impact Camp at Greater Hope Restoration Ministries, parents/guardians agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Registration & Fees

All registrations must be completed in full and accompanied by required fees  or approved payment arrangements. Enrollment is confirmed only after payment and completed forms are received.

2. Attendance & Participation

Campers are expected to attend regularly and participate respectfully in all activities. Excessive absences or disruptive behavior may result in dismissal without refund.

3. Health & Safety

Parents/guardians must disclose all medical conditions, allergies, and special needs prior to camp start. Camp staff are not authorized to administer medication unless proper authorization is provided.

4. Behavior Policy

Creative Impact Camp maintains a zero-tolerance policy for bullying, violence, harassment, or inappropriate language. Campers must follow all rules and staff instructions to ensure a safe environment.

5. Media Release

By enrolling, parents/guardians grant permission for photographs, video, and audio recordings of campers to be used for program documentation, marketing, and promotional purposes unless a written opt-out is submitted.

6. Liability Waiver

Parents/guardians acknowledge and accept all reasonable risks associated with camp activities and agree to release Greater Hope Restoration Ministries, its staff, and volunteers from liability except in cases of gross negligence.

7. Personal Property

The camp is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Campers are discouraged from bringing valuables.

8. Program Changes

Creative Impact Camp reserves the right to modify schedules, activities, or staffing as needed to ensure program quality and safety.

9. Dismissal & Refunds

The camp reserves the right to dismiss any camper for policy violations or safety concerns. Refunds are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis.

10. Agreement

By registering, parents/guardians acknowledge that they have read, understand, and agree to all terms and conditions outlined above.

Creative Impact Camp – Payment Policy

All families enrolling in Creative Impact Camp at Greater Hope Restoration Ministries agree to the following payment terms:

Camp Fees

• The cost of Creative Impact Camp is $100.00 per week per child.

• A 20% sibling discount is applied for each additional sibling enrolled in the camp.

Early Care & After Care Fees

• Early care (before 9:00 a.m.) and after care (after 4:00 p.m.) are available for an additional fee.

• The cost for early and/or after care is $10.00 per hour, per child.

• Sibling discounts do not apply to early or after care; siblings are charged the same hourly rate.

• Early and after care fees are added to the weekly balance and must be paid in full.

Late Pick-Up Penalty

• Campers must be picked up no later than 4:00 p.m., unless enrolled in after care.

• A late pick-up fee of $10.00 per child for every 15 minutes (or portion thereof) will be charged for pickups after 4:00 p.m. without after care enrollment.

• Repeated late pickups may result in suspension or termination of services.

Payment Schedule

• Camp fees and any additional care fees are due weekly at the beginning of each week of attendance.

• Failure to pay on time may result in suspension of services until the account is brought current.

Attendance & Refunds

• Fees are not based on attendance.

• All fees are non-refundable, including absences, early withdrawals, or missed days for any reason.

Accepted Payment Methods

Payments may be made by:

• Credit or debit card

• Check (checks must be made payable to Greater Hope Restoration Ministries)

Returned Check Policy

• A $35 returned check fee will be charged for any check returned due to insufficient funds or bank refusal.

• After two returned checks, families will be required to submit electronic or card payments only for the remainder of the camp session.

• Services may be suspended until returned check fees and balances are paid in full.

Non-Refundable Policy

All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of attendance, schedule changes, or dismissal due to policy violations.
